Financial Economist

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented Economist with 4–5 years of experience, who integrates AI tools into their daily work to drive smarter, faster, and more impactful financial insights. This role is central to analyzing profitability, managing P&L reports, and supporting strategic decision-making across the company.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead profitability analysis at company, product, and project levels.
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor periodic P&L reports.
• Leverage AI and automation tools for data analysis and forecasting.
• Build financial models to support management decisions.
• Partner closely with business unit leaders and senior management.
• Identify risks and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
• Develop dashboards and automated reports for executives.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting (Master’s is a plus).
• 4–5 years of experience as an Economist in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven analysis and automation.
• Strong background in profitability analysis and P&L management.
• Advanced Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Familiarity with digital, e-commerce, or media business models.
