🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Manager – Technology Department

📍 Tel Aviv | Communicate AI

Communicate AI is the leading provider of communication & POS tech for restaurants, bars, and hotels in Israel. We’re growing fast and looking for a Senior Manager to lead our tech team and department.

What you’ll do:

Lead and scale the tech team (developers, QA, ops).
Own the roadmap for POS systems, Odoo-based platforms, and AI automation.
Oversee backend (Python/Odoo), frontend (JavaScript), integrations (payments, IoT, AI).
Deliver secure, scalable, high-performance solutions.

What we’re looking for:

7+ years in tech leadership (Senior Manager / Eng. Manager).
Strong in Python, Odoo, PostgreSQL, JavaScript.
Cloud & infrastructure experience (Hetzner, AWS).
Proven team leadership skills.
Fluent English (Hebrew a plus).
