Senior Data Analyst

We’re looking for a senior data analyst — a self-driven, highly analytical professional who can help shape the future of our product, economy, and growth through data. You’ll work across all teams (Product, Marketing, Economy, Management) and play a critical role in turning data into business impact.

What You’ll Do

• Manage A/B Testing — Define, plan, launch, and analyze experiments across product, economy, and marketing to drive growth and optimize user experience.
• Product & Busine ss Analysis — Monitor business KPIs, evaluate feature performance, and deliver actionable insights to help achieve company goals.
• Ad Hoc Analyses — Dive deep into data to answer critical business questions and support decision-making.
• Dashboard Development — Build and maintain BI dashboards (Tableau) to make relevant, real-time data easily accessible to stakeholders.
• Data Storytelling — Distill large, complex analyses into clear, impactful insights and action items that influence company direction.
• Data Infrastructure (Bonus) — Help shape the data layer by defining requirements and building ETL processes to ensure reliable and scalable data.
  
  

• 4+ years in data analysis, preferably in gaming or a related industry.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Strong BI skills — experience with Tableau or similar BI tools.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing design and analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to identify key insights that drive action.
• Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently, lead projects, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English. Advantages:
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, or ETL.
• Experience with DBT, Mixpanel, or other analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with APIs for data extraction.
• Background in advanced statistics or machine learning.
• BSc/BA in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or similar).
