What will you do at SuperPlay?:

We are seeking a highly skilled Motion Design Team Lead to join our Creative Marketing Team. This is a leadership role overseeing a team of motion designers and compositing artists, responsible for setting creative direction, mentoring artists, and ensuring world-class motion graphics and animations that elevate our brand and products.

As the Team Lead, you will balance hands-on creative execution with strategic leadership - guiding the team to deliver innovative, high-quality video and motion content for TV, social media campaigns, app stores, and various marketing initiatives.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of motion designers, setting a high creative bar.
• Manage project priorities, timelines, and ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Partner with the whole Marketing team, game, and partner teams to align motion assets with brand and campaign goals.
• Contribute hands-on to complex projects while guiding the team’s creative direction.
• Drive innovation by exploring new tools, trends, and AI-driven workflows in motion design.
  
  

• 7+ years of professional experience in motion design, including at least 2+ years in a leadership or senior role.
• Proven track record of leading and mentoring creative teams.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere).
• Experience with Trapcode Suite or similar plugins for 3D effects and particle simulations.
• Strong understanding of 3D compositing, post-production, and animation pipelines.
• Experience with AI-driven design and animation tools/workflows.
• Exceptional design sensibility and ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual stories.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• A creative leader who is both a visionary and a doer.
• Someone who thrives on collaboration but also brings a distinct creative point of view.
• A mentor passionate about growing talent, while still excited to roll up their sleeves on key projects.
