System Engineer

• Lead system-level design, analysis, and integration of complex defense systems.
• Define system architecture and requirements based on customer needs and operational scenarios.
• Interface with hardware, software, and mechanical engineering teams to ensure cohesive system development.
• Conduct trade studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations.
• Support system validation and verification activities, including lab and field testing.
• Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, design reviews, and test plans.
• Collaborate with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in system engineering, preferably in the defense or aerospace industry.
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary projects involving electronics, RF, software, and mechanical components.
• Familiarity with military standards and system engineering methodologies (e.g., INCOSE, MBSE).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Security clearance – an advantage.
