About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Java developer to join our newly formed AI Innovation Team in Petach Tikvah. This is a hybrid, full-time position.

In this role, you will:

• Build and deliver Atlassian add-ons (for both Data Center and Cloud)
• Integrate AI-driven features into our leading marketplace products
• Provide professional development services (apps, automations, scripts) to customers in Israel and abroad
• Collaborate with international teams to shape the future of AI-enhanced solutions in the Atlassian ecosystem
  
  

• 5+ years of development experience with Atlassian platforms and add-ons
• Experience developing in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript + React (within the Atlassian context)
• Proven ability to build Atlassian add-ons from scratch (both DC and Cloud)
• AI development experience using tools such as Azure OpenAI and MCP Servers
• Solid knowledge of Atlassian REST APIs
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• High-level English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Team player with customer-facing and debugging experience (including presales support)
  
  

• Familiarity with other ALM platforms (IBM Jazz, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, Jama, Polarion)
• Previous conference lecturing and blog post experience
