About INNMAP INNMAP is a forward-thinking personalized medicine clinic integrating genomics, digital tools, and patient-centered care. We are looking for a motivated Administrative / Personal Assistant to support clinic operations and the Medical Director. Position Summary
The Admin/PA will be responsible for providing strategic and operational support to the Medical Director across clinical, administrative, and marketing functions. This role requires multilingual communication skills, a high level of initiative and flexibility, and the ability to operate effectively in a patient-facing medical environment while also contributing to business growth through digital engagement.
Main Responsibilities
- Executive & Administrative Support
Manage calendar, appointments, and travel of the Medical Director.
Handle correspondence, draft letters, reports, and presentations.
- Liaise with stakeholders, institutions, and collaborators locally and internationally.
- Patient Management
Coordinate patient scheduling and follow-ups.
Ensure smooth onboarding and communication with patients.
Handle sensitive medical information with full compliance and confidentiality.
- Management of financial issues
- Digital Marketing & Communication
Support online presence : social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and campaign coordination.
Update website and clinic’s digital platforms with relevant content.
Track engagement and prepare basic reports on marketing performance.
- Operations & Office Management
Organize clinic logistics, suppliers, and documentation.
Support the integration of electronic health records (EHRs) and digital workflows.
Assist with event planning, conferences, and workshops.
Candidate Profile
- Languages: Fluent in English, Hebrew, and Russian
- Experience: Previous PA/admin role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office/Google Workspace, social media platforms, CRM/EHR software, digital communication tools.
- Soft Skills: High professionalism, adaptability, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Added Advantage: Interest or background in personalized medicine, healthcare, or biotech.
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Resilience and ability to perform well under pressure.
• Quick learner with fast and accurate execution.
• Previous experience in administrative or PA roles is preferred.
• Interest in healthcare and innovation is an advantage.
