We are looking for a talented Buyer to join our growing Finance team. As a Buyer, you will be responsible for local & global procurement, indirect categories, playing a significant role in enabling and maintaining Riskified’s global supplier base, purchasing processes, procure-to-pay systems, and defining and implementing procure-to-pay policies. You’ll assist business partners and suppliers navigate the onboarding and purchasing processes while maintaining compliance with key controls.

The Buyer will be working closely with Finance & Legal teams. We are looking for someone who thrives under pressure and should have high attention to detail as well as demonstrate excellent organizational, exceptional multitasking, negotiation, and teamwork skills.

• Global purchasing focal point: manage purchase orders end to end, from issue to delivery
• Reduce global company costs & improve terms
• Lead negotiations and contracts end-to-end, work with all relevant stakeholders (Business, Legal, Finance, etc)
• Conduct market research and source new services and suppliers
• Vendor relationship management
• Provide excellent service to the relevant departments
• Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Economics, Accounting, Law or Business
• Over 2 years in a global Procurement role
• Experience in negotiations 
• Ability to meet savings and ROI KPIs
• ERP knowledge (preferable NetSuite) - advantage
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, the ability to balance immediate/long term priorities, and exceptional multitasking skills are a necessity
• Excellent communication skills and serviceability
• Excel, PowerPoint, and G-Suite skills - advantage
