Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of developers and QA engineers working on core business modules within Priority ERP.

Manage development in C/C++ and Priority ERP SDK, delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, design technical solutions, and oversee implementation.

Foster team growth by promoting knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.

Oversee code reviews, architecture decisions, and ensure development excellence.

Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and successful delivery of milestones.

Drive innovation in ERP customization, system integrations, and business logic enhancements.

Requirements:

BSc in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience as a Team Lead in software development.

Strong knowledge of Priority ERP, including SDK and customization.

Proficiency in C/C++ with business applications development experience.

Hands-on experience with SQL databases (MSSQL or Oracle preferred).

Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Strong project management skills – capable of managing multiple priorities.

Excellent communication skills in both technical and business contexts.

Fluent English.
