Cloud Solution Architect - AI Business Solution Endpoint

As a Cloud Solution Architect in specializing in Endpoints, you will help enterprise customers modernize and secure their endpoint environments using Microsoft technologies. You will lead technical engagements that drive adoption of Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Microsoft Intune, and endpoint security solutions. Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement & Technical Leadership
• Guide customers through the design, deployment, and optimization of modern endpoint solutions.
• Deliver strategic technical guidance to ensure successful implementation and long-term value realization.
• Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews, and solution planning sessions.
• Solution Delivery & Adoption
• Drive adoption of Microsoft endpoint technologies including Windows 365, AVD, Intune, and Defender for Endpoint.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Support customers in transitioning to cloud-based endpoint management and virtualization platforms.
• Strategic Impact
• Align technical solutions with customer business goals and Microsoft’s strategic priorities.
• Contribute to account planning and execution strategies to accelerate customer success.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement in endpoint deployments.
  

Qualifications

equired Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field
• 4+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• Minimum 6 years of experience working with enterprise customers in a technical consulting or architecture role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing competing endpoint solutions in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of networking and infrastructure fundamentals, including cloud-based architectures.
• Technical understanding of Microsoft Intune - deployment and implementation
• Deep knowledge of Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop or VDI equivalent technologies and endpoint security.

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
