Product Manager – Analytics

One of our clients, a fast-growing digital health SaaS company, is looking to hire a Product Manager to lead its Analytics product line. This innovative company develops an AI-based platform used by thousands of clinicians across the U.S., turning complex medical data into actionable insights — improving patient care and reducing clinician burnout.

In this role, you'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of analytics and dashboard products that provide performance and financial insights to healthcare executives and clinic managers. This is a strategic, hands-on position with high visibility across the company and a direct impact on product value and market success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of an analytics product used by healthcare leadership to assess usage, impact, and ROI.
• Define and drive the product roadmap for analytics features, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• Collaborate with customer success, marketing, and sales to gather insights and support go-to-market efforts.
• Improve product usability and drive adoption through user feedback loops.
• Balance inbound product development with outbound market-facing responsibilities.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS – must.
• Proven track record with analytics, BI, or data visualization products – must.
• Strong experience managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, data, marketing, sales, and customer stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Experience in healthcare, digital health, or regulated environments – a plus.
