Enhanced Solution Manager - Temporary

We are seeking a Solution Manager to lead the Request for Enhancement (RFE) process, supporting our global sales organization and driving product excellence.

This is a temporary position intended as a maternity leave replacement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzing and validating customer business and technical requests
• Drive customer’s solutions, while emphasizing the best fit between the customer and Product Organization
• Serving as a subject matter expert on Check Point’s main-train technologies
• Drive R&D and QA resources to advocate for customer requests for product enhancements, based on business
• Managing RFE release planning with R&D
• Leading headquarter technical escalation for opportunities that require product specialization with senior managers
• Visit customers and partners worldwide (~10% of time)
  
  

• In-depth familiarity with Check Point products.
• 3–7 years of experience in network engineering or architecture; customer-facing roles are an advantage.
• Solid background in Information Technology, with a focus on developing complex projects involving substantial infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in project, team, group, or program management.
