What You’ll Do:

● Lead frontend development across our existing and new products.

● Modernize our current stack (yes, there's legacy jQuery/Bootstrap) while delivering real business value.

●Drive architecture, performance, and UI/UX improvements.

● Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.

● Recruit, mentor, and grow a team of frontend developers over time.

● Own the quality of everything your team ships — from tech to process.

Tech Stack: TypeScript , jQuery, Bootstrap , Next.js , React.js / Svelt.js , Webpack / Vite , Tailwind CSS , TypeScript , PWA

● Packaging to mobile apps

What We’re Looking For:

5 + frontend experience, ideally in high-traffic web environments.

● Mastery of JavaScript/TypeScript and deep experience with frameworks like React/Next.js.

● Experience with WebSockets and real-time UIs.

● Prior experience in a tech lead or team lead role.

● Comfortable navigating and improving legacy systems.

● Strong sense of ownership, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset.
