Lead Web Application Developer

A leading defense company based in Yehud is looking for a Lead Web Application Developer to take ownership of the end-to-end development of complex web-based systems. This includes architecture design, implementation (both Front-End & Back-End), system integration, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of advanced web applications.
• Develop high-quality code using C# and React in a Linux/Windows environment.
• Implement and integrate Restful APIs, WebSocket, WebRTC, and video streaming.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and share knowledge with peers.
• Participate in system integration, testing, and provide support for system-level validations.
• Collaborate closely with software and system engineering teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in C# and React development (Linux/Windows).
• Proven experience leading development or small teams.
• Solid understanding of Redux, React Hooks, and Git workflows.
• Experience with large-scale systems, server-side development, and integration of mapping components.
• Strong architectural and system design skills.
• Relevant academic degree – an advantage.
