About the Role

The Internal Audit Department at IBI Group is growing-and we’re looking for an experienced Analyst with strong data orientation and a deep understanding of business processes.

This is a unique hybrid role that combines advanced data analysis with learning and applying internal audit practices, offering high visibility, responsibility, and cross-organizational impact.

Responsibilities:

• Leading internal audit projects end-to-end from planning and execution to analysis and presentation.
• Analyzing data from various sources (BI systems, SQL, Excel, core platforms).
• Identifying trends, anomalies, and inefficiencies in business processes.
• Deliver insights and recommend improvements across cross-organizational processes.
• Collaborating with business and management stakeholders.
• Writing clear, high-quality audit reports and presenting findings to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Systems, Accounting, or Business Administration-required.
• Minimum 3 years of analytical experience – preferably in a financial institution or investment firm.
• Strong proficiency in Excel (PivotTables, complex formulas, deep-dive analysis) -required.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) -advantage.
• Familiarity with risk, compliance, or internal control frameworks -advantage.
