A Cyber company developing cloud-based systems that enable secure and fast enterprise communication. The company’s mission is to simplify IT complexity by consolidating enterprise communication and security capabilities into a single cloud platform, improving efficiency and speed of security processes while reducing operational costs.
Headquartered in Tel Aviv, within walking distance of the train station, the company operates in a hybrid model with two days working from home. It employs around 900 people worldwide, about half of them based in Israel.
The role-
- Part of a development group consisting of 3 Full-Stack teams, responsible for all core business processes.
- Leading strategic business initiatives and driving the company’s next stage of growth.
- Strong leadership responsibilities, broad collaboration with multiple teams and interfaces, and full technical ownership.
- Tech stack: Java, Spring, AWS, Microservices.
- Reporting to a Group Manager who manages 3 Team Leads and 20 engineers in total.
Requirements-
- 6 years of experience in Java development
- 3 years of experience as an Architect / Tech Lead / Principal / Staff Engineer
- Experience in Cloud development
- Experience working with Microservices
