Frontend Team Lead

A startup in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) space, founded with the vision of helping small business owners build businesses they can be proud of.

The company enables smart management of customers, time, and budgets through easy-to-use technology. Beyond offering a wide range of business management tools such as appointment scheduling, payment tracking, customer relations, and marketing automation it also drives digitalization in industries and areas where digital tools are less commonly used, through a personalized and user-friendly platform.

Headquartered in Tel Aviv, the company operates a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week. It employs 200 people across offices in Israel and the U.S.

The role: 40% hands-on, managing a team of 4 engineers, reporting to the Director. Experience with Vue and frontend infrastructure is required (prior Vue experience is not mandatory).

Requirements-

• 4 years of hands-on experience as a team leader, leading a web-based product development
• 5+ years of a proven hands-on experience with both Vue Angular (React optional)
• Strong ability to take a business challenge, transform it into a plan and lead execution
• Strong people skills and driven to succeed
• Bachelor's degree in computer science - Advantage
• Passion for agile processes.
