Job Description:

• Serve as the primary contact for Israeli and international clients, handling inquiries related to registration and accommodation.
• Create online registration and accommodation forms using a dedicated platform
• Monitor and control registrant data and hotel room inventory.
• Be willing to travel abroad for events.

Requirements:

• An academic degree or equivalent professional training (1-2 years).
• The position requires a high level of written and spoken English and a good command of Hebrew (written and spoken)
• Proficient with technology and ability to quickly learn new software and tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools.
