We are looking for an experienced R&D Development Manager to lead our R&D organization, define its technical vision, and ensure seamless execution across all development processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the R&D team to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Define and oversee system architecture and technical best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and QA to align on goals and delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in code quality, performance, and reliability.
Requirements
- 10+ years in software development with strong hands-on background.
- Proven experience in system architecture and large-scale application design.
- Proven experience in leading development teams or R&D departments.
- Advantage: background in the gaming industry.
- Work setup: 4-day workweek in Kiryat Ono.
