We’re looking for a dynamic Influencer Academy Coordinator to join our team. The role includes leading programs for young adults, connecting with mentors, and training authentic content creators to share Israel’s story across social media 🌍

If you’re energetic, great at motivating people, highly organized, deeply connected to the digital world, and fluent in English – we want you on our team 🚀

Responsibilities:

Manage logistics: coordinate with lecturers, book venues, and work with suppliers (catering, photography, etc.).
Support participants: manage WhatsApp groups, send updates, coordinate with mentors, and handle questions.
Oversee recruitment: screen, interview, and assess candidates for programs.
Manage programs and workshops with facilitators and lecturers, ensuring high standards.
Collect feedback, prepare reports, and implement improvements.
Coordinate with Marketing, Alumni, and Global teams to expand exposure.

Requirements:

Experience in training and leading groups.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
High digital and social media orientation; familiarity with trends.
High-level English (spoken and written).
Canva proficiency – advantage.
Relevant academic background – advantage.
Experience with youth organizations, NGOs, or educational frameworks – advantage.
