QA Tester (Manual & Automation Focus)

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented QA Tester to join our agile team. This hybrid role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of QA experience who is eager to blend manual testing expertise with a growing interest in test automation.

• Perform Manual Testing (Approx. 70%): Conduct comprehensive manual testing to ensure the quality, functionality, and usability of our CRM solutions across different platforms and browsers.
• Develop and Execute Automation Scripts (Approx. 30%): Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for regression and new feature testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
• Test Case Management: Write, execute, and maintain test cases and test plans for both manual and automated testing.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product managers, and other team members to identify and resolve issues, and to integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipeline.
• Bug Tracking: Track bugs and issues using Jira and follow through to resolution, ensuring clear and reproducible steps.
• Methodology: Apply QA methodologies and best practices to identify and mitigate risks throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Process Improvement: Provide feedback to improve processes, tools, and workflows within the team, including the automation framework.



• Experience: At least 1 year in QA or software testing.
• Tools:
• Proficiency in Jira for test and bug management.
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation tool (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
• Methodologies: Strong understanding of QA methods and practices, with a foundational knowledge of automation principles.
• Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Teamwork: Comfortable working in a small, close-knit team environment.
