We're looking for an Aeronautics Project Manager for our Missile and Space Systems Division.
The Position includes:
role involves managing requirements and leading technical design reviews across multiple disciplines, including:
- Guidance and control
- Aerodynamics
- Performance analysis
- Operational and experimental safety
- Establishing a test site for integrated airborne design validation
- A strong background in aeronautics is essential.
The position requires matrix management of dozens of engineers from various departments, planning and executing work programs, leading development reviews, and maintaining ongoing communication with business clients and subcontractors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Control Systems or Aeronautics – Mandatory
- Master’s degree in Systems Engineering or completion of relevant systems engineering courses – Advantage
- 3–5 years of experience in aeronautics development (e.g., performance analysis, aerodynamics, airborne algorithm development, guidance and control)
- Mechanical engineers with experience in aeromechanical design (airborne systems design) – Advantage
