Head of Discovery & R&D (Part-Time)

About Us:

Concenter BioPharma is developing a novel, first-in-class oral therapy for Type 2 Diabetes, tackling insulin resistance, the core of the disease.

We’re looking for an experienced specialist to drive pharmacological R&D and support regulatory strategy in our drug development process.

Your Role:

• Lead pharmacology-related activities in oral drug development: formulation optimization, PK/PD studies, ADME profiling, and other preclinical pharmacology tasks.
• Provide scientific input to regulatory filings and discussions.
• Collaborate closely with our clinical and development teams to advance the pipeline efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience in drug development pharmacology, particularly oral small molecules.
• Hands-on knowledge of formulation, PK, ADME, and preclinical pharmacology studies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and experience contributing to filings.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, part-time, hourly-based role.
