We began about three years ago with the mission of addressing the challenge of junctional bleeding. After two years of R&D, we launched the LST – Life Saving Tourniquet, which we continue to develop, manufacture, and market. In parallel, we are developing complementary and additional products.

General Manager — Summary

The General Manager will plan and manage processes and projects across product, R&D, marketing & sales, and regulatory affairs.

Requirements: proven management experience, excellent Hebrew and English, strong technical/technological orientation, creativity, and self-learning ability.

Advantage: military/medical/security background.

About the role: Lead and manage end-to-end processes; plan and execute work plans across R&D, marketing & sales, manufacturing, and regulatory. Work closely with the CEO. Manage ongoing relationships with suppliers, distributors, and subcontractors.

Requirements:

• Excellent Hebrew and English
• Management experience
• Technical/technological orientation
• Creativity and self-learning ability.
• Willingness to grow with the company long-term
• Ability to work longer, non-standard hours as needed thrive in a dynamic environment and travel
• Strong self-management; ability to work under pressure and solve problems.

Preferred: Management experience in defense/medical industries or background in medicine/combat.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, execute, and control projects end-to-end

• Drive and maintain long-term processes across the organization

• Lead negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors

• Lead business activities in Israel and abroad

Scope & location

Full-time, on-site (no hybrid). Based at Omer Hi-Tech Park, Israel. International travel ~6–7 times per year.
