Sales & Customer Service Manager – Luxury Jewelry B2C Expert! ✨
We are looking for a talented Sales & Customer Service Manager to join a leading luxury jewelry brand and take full ownership of our customer-facing operations. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, sales expertise, and e-commerce knowledge in a dynamic, fast-growing company.
Requirements (must-have):
- Proven background in luxury jewelry sales – deep product knowledge is a must.
- Managerial experience – leading sales or customer service teams, driving performance and meeting targets.
- Strong expertise in E-Commerce – including orders, shipments, returns, and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with B2C sales.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a professional customer service team.
- Ensure response time SLAs and customer satisfaction goals are consistently achieved.
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end sales process.
- Collaborate and coordinate with our U.S. office.
Additional Requirements:
- Availability to work partially aligned with U.S. hours (non-standard schedule).
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong leadership, organizational skills, and ability to work under pressure.
