About the job:

As a Project Manager, you will be the critical link connecting customers, engineering, manufacturing, certification, and supply chain teams to ensure the successful delivery of our aircraft programs. Your primary focus will be:

• Managing customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact for program delivery updates, timelines, and technical discussions.
• Owning project schedules, budgets, and work plans across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Identify and manage project risks, proactively implementing mitigation plans.
• Ensuring alignment between customer expectations and our internal execution roadmap.
• Leading procurement and development projects, including working directly with suppliers and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, ideally in complex technical or industrial environments.
• Aviation background—technical, operational, or project-based experience in aerospace, aviation systems, or related fields.
• Defence industry - extensive familiarity with the defense sector, its clients, and industry landscape
• Strong organizational and planning skills; able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Able to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Experience working cross-functionally in diverse teams.
• Comfort interacting with external partners (customers, suppliers, subcontractors) professionally and proactively.
• Soft Skills: Team player, startup mentality, and strong problem-solving abilities.
