As a Performance Marketing Designer, you'll be part of a dynamic team that knows the digital world inside out and lives and breathes creativity.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting visually stunning designs for social media campaigns, newsletters, banners, and posts.
- Translating creative concepts into compelling visual stories that engage and resonate.
- Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to understand their visions and design needs.
- Leveraging your expertise in Figma and Adobe tools (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator) to create impactful designs.
- Strategically thinking and planning designs that have a measurable impact on various platforms.
- Bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table, enhancing our clients' brand identity and messaging.
- Ensuring that every design not only looks great but also drives real results and conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Design - Visual Communication
- A master of Figma and Adobe's creative suite (Photoshop, Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator).
- Bursting with creativity, turning concepts into captivating visual narratives.
- A wide thinker who can envision designs that make an impact across various platforms.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in performance-driven design.
- A people person, comfortable working in collaborative environments.
- You're passionate about the digital realm and understand the pulse of online trends.
Nice to have:
- Experience with email marketing
- Knowledge and experience with UX/UI
- Experience in the e-Commerce industry
- Knowledge and willing to adapt new AI tools
