Back-End Developer (Node.js + PostgreSQL) – Full-Time

We’re looking for a Back-End Developer with strong experience in Node.js and PostgreSQL to join our growing team. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ramat Gan, with flexibility to work from home part of the week.

As part of our development team, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance server-side applications that power our CRM and custom solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with front-end developers, product managers, and designers to deliver reliable, scalable, and innovative systems.

• Build and maintain scalable back-end services and APIs using Node.js.
• Design efficient schemas, write optimized queries, and manage PostgreSQL databases.
• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
• Ensure applications meet high standards for performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (front-end, DevOps, product, and design).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and improve existing systems.

• 5+ years of professional back-end development experience.
• Strong expertise in Node.js and asynchronous programming.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL (schema design, queries, performance tuning).
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Docker or containerized applications.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Mocha, Jest).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
