Bonot Alternativa seeks a Resource Development Manager

Israel’s leading women’s organization seeks an enthusiastic and creative Resource Development Manager to take full responsibility for all fundraising activities and work with Bonot’s leadership to expand the donor-base and drive the organization’s growth.

As Resource Development Manager, You Get To:

·      Have full responsibility for all resource development activities;

·      Have full responsibility for creating and implementing the annual fundraising plan;

·      Write all grant proposals and reports, ensuring they are well-written, accurate, impact-driven, and tell a compelling story;

·      Draft correspondence, LOIs, and other supporting documents, adapting to the needs of each donor and prospect;

·      Prepare detailed and accurate budgets to accompany all relevant donor-driven narratives; 

·      Work with staff and lay leadership to capture relevant data that informs grant reports and other development material;

·      Develop with the CEO and senior team new income revenues that fully align with the organization’s mission;

·      Plan and prepare all donor meetings and fundraising trips;

·      Track grant cycles and donor engagement in an organized and streamlined manner, including all reporting requirements, check-in meetings, and donor cultivation activities.

This Job Is For You If You:

·       Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a development role – a MUST!

·       Have demonstrated success in writing successful grants, reports and the full gamut of written donor communications – a MUST!

·       Have faultless English and impeccable writing skills – a MUST!

·       Have good Hebrew writing skills – a MUST!

·       Are a warm, socially-minded professional with proven experience preparing and leading donor meetings;

·       Are familiar with data management;

·       Have proven experience preparing detailed budgets on Excel spreadsheets – a MUST!

·       Can complete projects with exceptional attention to detail and efficiency;

·       Are action-oriented and flexible, and are able to work independently as well as to collaborate with colleagues;

·       Are personable, motivated, and a team player;

·       Can multi-task and prioritize, and are a quick learner;

·       Are detail-oriented, organized, enthusiastic, and energetic;

·       Can manage multiple projects and priorities while consistently meeting deadlines.
