Business And Division Description

Electrification Business Area – Legal & Integrity

Location

This role is open with flexible location, preferred locations are in Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria. The work model is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic legal counsel and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Support ELSP factories in Germany and Switzerland with legal advice and contract management.
• Review and negotiate commercial and digital agreements and oversee risk management.
• Monitor legal affairs, including litigation and reporting, and participate in strategic business discussions.
• Ensure good corporate governance through legal structuring and documentation.
• Support M&A activities including due diligence, acquisitions, divestments, and integration.
• Lead integration of acquired businesses within the EL Business Area globally for Legal & Integrity.
  
  

• Master of Law, admitted to the bar
• Qualified to provide legal advice in Germany, with experience in German legal frameworks and regulations.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal counseling, including M&A and due diligence.
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Central Europe, with ability to support both local and global teams.
• Strong skills in project management, risk management, and communication.
