This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager, located in Israel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, identifying new market opportunities, and building and maintaining client relationships. Day-to-day tasks will include setting sales goals, analyzing sales data, coordinating with marketing teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Proven experience in sales management and strategy development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) and maintaining client satisfaction
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is an advantage
• Experience in the environmental services industry is a plus
