עובד/ת אחזקה

תיאור משרה

לסודהסטרים דרוש/ה עובד/ת אחזקה לטובת ביצוע עבודות אחזקה, תיקונים ושיפוצים בתחום אחזקת מבנים.

תחומי אחריות:

• קבלת קריאות מראש הצוות, ביצועם ודיווח על סיום המשימה.
• תקלות ותיקוני דלתות חשמליות ורגילות.
• עבודות אינסטלציה- צנרת, ניקוז, אסלות , משתנות ,ביוב ועוד.
• תיקונים ושיפוצים כלליים- גבס, צבע , ריצוף, ריהוט ועוד.
• מתן מענה לעובדים בכל הנוגע לשמירה על סביבת עבודה נעימה וראויה.
• עבודה עם כלים חשמליים כגון מברגה, מקדחה, אבן משחזת וכו'
• ליווי קבלני חוץ .
• עבודה עם מערכת ממוחשבת.
  
  

• ידע וניסיון בתחזוקת מבנים- אינסטלציה, שיפוצים, אחזקה במפעלים.
• משמרות בוקר של 12 שעות.
• יכולת עבודה עם מערכות ממוחשבות.
• עברית- שוטף.
• נכונות עבודה פיזית.
• אנגלית בסיסית- יתרון.
  
  

• Receive work orders from the team leader, execute them, and report task completion.
• Handle malfunctions and repairs of electric and regular doors.
• Perform plumbing work - piping, drainage, toilets, urinals, sewage, etc.
• General repairs and renovations - drywall, painting, tiling, furniture, and more.
• Provide support to employees to ensure a pleasant and functional work environment.
• Operate power tools such as screwdrivers, drills, grinders, etc.
• Escort and oversee external contractors.
• Work with a computerized maintenance system.
  
  

• Knowledge and proven experience in building maintenance - plumbing, renovations, and facility maintenance (preferably in industrial plants).
• Availability for 12-hour morning shifts.
• Ability to work with computerized systems.
• Fluent Hebrew.
• Willingness to perform physical work.
• Basic English - an advantage.
