DevOps Engineer

A leading company located in Holon is looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving a major technological transformation in a Linux-based environment (Red Hat / CentOS).

We offer a hybrid work model – one day from home and the rest on-site.

What you’ll do:

Manage and maintain Linux systems, including user management, permissions, systemd, SELinux, package management, and troubleshooting

Work in critical production environments

Write automation scripts in Bash to streamline processes

Work with Git and CI/CD tools (mainly GitLab)

Implement new technologies and enhance existing infrastructure

What we’re looking for:

Hands-on experience with Linux (Red Hat / CentOS)

Strong understanding of Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, Routing)

Proven experience in production environments

Good technical English

Nice to have:

Experience with Containers (Docker, Podman)

Configuration management with Ansible

Logging tools (ELK/EFK)

Databases – primarily MSSQL and PostgreSQL

Security Hardening and IBM MQ
