Are you passionate about technology and looking to be a valuable member of a support team? We are currently seeking a team member with a technical orientation, preferably familiar with Oracle Database and Oracle SQL. If you have experience with ITSM systems or Oracle systems, that's a definite advantage.
Requirements:
Technical Orientation: A strong technical background and a genuine interest in problem-solving.
Oracle Database and SQL: Familiarity with Oracle Database and Oracle SQL.
Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience in a technical support role.
Service-Oriented: A customer-centric approach with a commitment to providing excellent service.
English Proficiency: Good English communication skills.
Additional Advantage:
Experience with ITSM systems or Oracle systems.
