Specialty Brand and Sales Lead

We are seeking a passionate and strategic Products Manager Lead to oversee the marketing efforts for Dermatology & Dermo – Oncology therapeutic area

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute brand strategies and marketing plans
• Own product management, coordinate activities, and track performance metrics to ensure business growth
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and coordinated execution of marketing plans
• Drive promotional campaigns, educational initiatives, and digital engagement
• Support field teams with effective tools, training, and messaging
• Manage budget and ensure alignment with corporate goals
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders to shape strategy and enhance brand impact

Qualifications:

• B.Sc. - life sciences / biology – mandatory, MBA –preferred
• Experience as a Product manager - Experience in Dermatology - an advantage
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing plans
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a high degree of flexibility
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights
• Self-motivated and results oriented with a proactive and innovative mindset.
