Web Production Manager

We are looking for Web Production Manager – Wix/WordPress/Elementor | AI & Automation

to Lead a high-throughput web production unit that delivers marketing and e-commerce sites. You’ll own end-to-end operations-process design, automation, AI enablement, quality, and timelines, while guiding multi-disciplinary teams to hit ambitious SLAs and KPIs.

What you’ll lead:

• Build and scale a repeatable “web factory” process: from brief to go-live- for corporate and e-commerce sites.
• Design and implement AI agents and automations (e.g., dynamic templates, content/media generation, QA checks, accessibility/performance testing).
• Define, track, and improve KPIs (time-to-launch, quality, conversion, SEO/accessibility scores, CSAT).
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (developers, designers, content editors, PMs): hiring, onboarding, coaching.
• Own templates, component libraries, and a design system for Wix/WordPress/Elementor to accelerate time-to-market and ensure brand consistency.
• Oversee third-party integrations (payments, shipping, CRM/ERP, analytics), plugin governance, APIs, and security standards.
• Plan capacity and prioritization; manage workload, escalations, and close collaboration with Sales/CS.
• Ensure SEO fundamentals, site performance, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility (WCAG/Israeli standard).
• Establish QA practices (automated and semi-automated), code/template reviews, and documentation.

Must-haves:

• Hands-on expertise in website building: proven experience launching sites on Wix and WordPress (including Elementor).
• Directly manage a large, cross-functional team of 10, including hiring, coaching, and performance leadership
• Track record running high-volume website delivery (many projects in parallel) with SLA ownership.
• Practical experience building AI agents and productivity automations (e.g., Zapier/Make, webhooks, LLM-based content checks/generation, automated QA).
• Proficiency with Elementor and common WordPress plugins (e.g., WooCommerce); working knowledge of domains/hosting/CDN.
• Solid grasp of technical SEO basics, performance optimization, and accessibility.
• Process orientation: workflow design, template standards, configuration management, and versioning.

Nice to have:

• Front-end skills for customizations (HTML/CSS/JS), especially for WordPress/Elementor.
• E-commerce experience (WooCommerce/Wix Stores), GA4/GTM, and A/B testing.
• Exposure to headless CMS, custom plugins/widgets, or component-driven architectures.
• Experience embedding AI in content/design workflows (prompting, guardrails, content policy).
