Senior Field Application Engineer (FAE) specializing in RF components

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Application Engineer (FAE) specializing in RF components to join our RF Division.

This role combines in-depth technical expertise in the RF domain with strong sales and business development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop deep understanding of the RF product portfolio (amplifiers, filters, mixers, antennas, connectors, adapters, and more).
• Manage the entire sales process: from initial contact, needs analysis, solution presentation, negotiation, to closing deals.
• Provide technical consulting and customized solutions to clients, aligned with project requirements.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities with both existing and potenial customers.
• Participate in relevant industry exhibitions and trade shows as needed.
• Work closely with defense and aerospace industries.

Position Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, with a specialization or strong background in RF – mandatory.
• At least 10 years of experience in RF components as a Sales Engineer, Application Engineer, or R&D Engineer – mandatory.
• Strong familiarity with leading RF component suppliers – a major advantage.
• Proven experience working with the defense sector.
• Strong sales orientation, with the ability to identify needs, lead negotiations, and close deals.
• Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and suppliers.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including effective presentation abilities to various audiences.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fast learner – ability to absorb and apply new technical knowledge.
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking.
