Product Leader

We are seeking a visionary Product leader to define, lead, and scale our product strategy as we expand globally. This role is central to shaping our SaaS platform, driving innovation, and building a high-performing Product organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s product vision and long-term strategy

• Build and own the product roadmap – from MVP to global scale

• Lead, mentor, and grow a strong Product team

• Partner with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to align product execution with business goals

• Translate market and customer insights into impactful product features

• Drive product excellence with a focus on usability, retention, and integrations

• Establish success metrics and foster data-driven decision-making

Requirements

• 5–8 years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing teams of 3–5 members

• Proven track record in building and scaling complex SaaS products (must)

• Experience leading Product teams in high-growth, dynamic environments

• Strong ability to balance strategic business priorities with customer and technical needs

• Hands-on experience working across functions (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales)

• Advantage: background in renewable energy, infrastructure, or other complex systems

• Advantage: experience developing AI-driven products

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling customer-facing products
