Head of Product

Location: Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid)

We’re looking for a skilled Product Management Team Lead to take ownership of the product vision and strategy across multiple digital products and platforms in the education/content/EdTech space. This is a central leadership role managing a team of Product Managers while collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive innovation and impact.

What you’ll do

• Define and lead the overall product strategy, aligning with business, pedagogical, and technological priorities.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers; establish best practices and a shared product language.
• Drive innovation, leveraging data and AI tools, from discovery through launch and ongoing optimization.
• Conduct market research, user testing, and product optimization.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of digital products, ensuring long-term relevance and measurable impact (ROI).

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in product management.
• 5+ years of managing and leading a team of Product Managers.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s/advanced certifications are a plus.
• Strong track record with digital products—preferably in education, content, or EdTech.
• Familiarity with product management methodologies (Agile, Lean, Discovery).
• Advantage: hands-on experience with Data, UX, and AI.
• Ability to thrive in complex, fast-changing environments.
