Assistant Financial Controller

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Controller—a passionate, energetic professional who loves working with numbers. This role requires not only strong analytical skills but also a genuine enthusiasm for supporting and collaborating with team members.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in preparation of consolidated quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP

· Maintain and optimize SOX compliance controls and documentation

· Support the audit process with external auditors

· Support budget monitoring and analysis

· Oversee bookkeeping activity and quarterly-end close procedures & general ledger reconciliations

· Prepare tax reports (Israel and US)

· Contribute to cross-functional finance initiatives and special projects as needed

Required qualifications (must):

· CPA

· BIG 5 internship

· Auditing US public and/or global companies

· Excellent office tools skills, particularly Excel

· Fluent English

· Detail-oriented

· Team player

Preferred Qualifications (advantage):

· 1-2 years of experience in biotech, pharma or high tech industries

· Experience with preparing financial statements and tax filings

· Experience with SOX/ISOX

· Experience with ERP systems (Priority)
