iTest Israel is seeking a VP of Test Engineering to join our dynamic and growing team at our new IC testing site in Petah Tikva, Israel.

This is a strategic leadership role with high visibility, involving both hands-on technical oversight and cross-functional collaboration with global teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all Test Engineering development programs, production, and required hardware while coordinating with the suppliers.
• Managing a team of Test Engineers in Israel and coordinating closely with the Test engineering team abroad.
• Communicate test progress, results, and any identified risks or issues to internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Maintaining continuous communication with our customers to define price offers, gather requirements, and ensure schedules are met.
• Manage Test Development projects at various levels, including wafer-level and final test.
• Oversee the Design and manufacturing of the Probe Card and load Board. Collaborate with global testing companies.
• Continuously improve and optimize ATE methodologies to enhance test efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience with IC test development environment
• Experienced with Advantest and other IC test equipment
• Experienced in coding: e.g., VB and/or C++, Python, LabVIEW
• Multi-tasking self-learning skills
• Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, driving performance and developing the skills of team members.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
