🔹 Role Overview:
- Delivering personalized, professional support to our international clients 📞
- Providing training and knowledge transfer on our cutting-edge communication solutions 🎓
- Building long-term customer relationships and ensuring an outstanding experience 🤝

🔹 What We Offer:

🔹 Work Schedule:
- Full-time: Monday to Friday, 10:00-19:00 / 9:00-18:00
- Parent-friendly option: 8:00-15:00
🔹 Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service and technical support
- Strong service orientation and effective communication skills
- Good technical orientation with the ability to handle objections
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with the internet and digital marketing is a plus
- Experience with SaaS companies is an advantage
