About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Team Leader to lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, DevOps, and solution architects. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and innovative technology solutions.

Define technical strategy, architecture standards, and best practices.

Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex projects (AI, cloud, data platforms).

Drive adoption of modern engineering practices (Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps).

Act as a trusted advisor to clients on strategic technology initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience leading tech teams (DevOps, developers, architects).

Expertise in IT architecture and cloud engineering (GCP preferred, AWS/Azure a plus).

Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and modern DevOps practices.

Strong communication skills and client-facing experience.

Background in regulated industries (Banking, Insurance, FinTech) – advantage.
