AI Content Creator

We are Botika, a fast-growing generative AI startup transforming how online retailers create and use visual content. With 1000s of paying customers and millions in ARR, we’re scaling fast and have raised $18M to date.

We are building the creative backbone of eCommerce, powered by proprietary foundation models — a full-stack platform where teams can plan, create, deploy, and optimize visual content in real time.

We’re looking for a full-time AI Content Creator with a world-class eye for visuals — someone who lives and breathes aesthetics, fashion, and storytelling through imagery.

This role is ideal for people who come from photography, art direction, or creative direction and are excited to harness AI as their new creative medium. You’ll work alongside our Creative Director, AI researchers, and Product teams to define and elevate the visual language of Botika.

Unlike purely technical AI roles, this is about taste, vision, and artistry: guiding AI to create work that feels editorial-quality, fashion-forward, and commercially powerful.

What you’ll do

• Lead the creation of high-quality visuals using a blend of traditional design tools and generative AI platforms
• Shape and curate Botika’s visual identity across product, marketing, and customer projects
• Use your photographer’s / art director’s eye to evaluate realism, composition, and emotional impact in AI outputs
• Collaborate with our Creative Director to push the boundaries of what fashion and eCommerce visuals can be
• Take an active part in content planning and experiments that inspire our team and our customers

Requirements

• Proven background in photography, art direction, creative direction, or high-level graphic design
• Deep understanding of composition, lighting, styling, and storytelling in visual content
• Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, Comfy, Photoshop with AI plugins, etc.)
• Highly detail-oriented, with an exceptional eye for realism, quality, and style control
• A portfolio that demonstrates taste, originality, and strong visual judgment
