This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Customer Success, located in South District, Israel. The Director of Customer Success will be responsible for managing a team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, developing and executing customer success strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and optimize customer experience. The role also involves regular interaction with clients to understand their needs, providing personalized solutions and support, analyzing customer data to identify trends, and implementing continuous improvements based on feedback.

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields
• Ability to develop and execute customer success strategies and manage a team
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in analyzing customer data and deriving actionable insights
• Familiarity with cloud application security solutions and multi-cloud environments is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage
