What will you do here?

You’ll take ownership of projects end-to-end:

• Meet with clients, understand their needs, and translate business challenges into BI solutions.
• Lead the full BI lifecycle – from requirements and data modeling, through ETL design and development, to building dashboards and reports.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and at the highest quality.
• Work independently while collaborating with our team to drive results for diverse clients.
• Act as a problem solver and trusted advisor, helping clients maximize the value of their data.

Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking experienced BI professionals who are:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

• Proactive, independent, and comfortable leading projects from start to finish.
• Strong communicators, with the ability to work directly with clients and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Problem solvers with the drive to move fast and deliver results.
• Capable of juggling multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

What should you bring?

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in BI development and project delivery – MUST
• Proven experience in client-facing roles and project leadership – MUST
• Strong SQL skills – MUST
• Experience with ETL tools & DWH methodology – MUST
• Hands-on experience with visualization tools (Power BI or Tableau) – MUST
• Ability to design, develop, and implement complete BI solutions
• Solid business acumen and understanding of organizational processes
• Excellent analytical skills and a passion for turning data into insights
