SAP ABAP Development Team Lead

Role Description:

• Lead and manage a team of ABAP developers in an SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of development tasks while ensuring compliance with SAP standards.
• Collaborate closely with implementation, integration, infrastructure, and architecture teams.
• Lead cross-organizational projects, including development of interfaces, extensions, UI solutions, and CDS.
• Drive technological innovation, improve methodologies, and implement best practices.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, code reviews, and effective knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience managing SAP development teams – must.
• 7+ years of experience in ABAP development in SAP S/4HANA – must.
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Forms, IDOC, and PROXY – must.
• Proficiency in Enhancements (BADI, User-Exits, Enhancements) – must.
• Experience in developing CDS Views and OData – must.
• Experience with FIORI / UI5 development – advantage.
• Experience working with CPI / PO / PI – advantage.
• Proven experience managing complex technological projects – must.
• Strong leadership, motivation, and knowledge transfer skills – must.
• High-level English proficiency – must.
• Availability for intensive work as required – must.
