What’s Guardio?

Guardio is a cybersecurity startup that develops tools and products to combat modern web and mobile threats. We provide protection against phishing, crypto and tech support scams, malicious extensions, browser hijacking, and much more. Guardio is still a relatively small company (we’re around 100 people), but we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for core team members. We already have over a million registered customers and many new features and products in the pipeline.

Let’s cut to the chase. What’s the job?

We’re looking for a creative, hungry, and technically sharp AI Automation Engineer to join our team.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, AI, automation, and marketing. You’ll help us design and build workflows that power how we acquire users, launch experiments, create content, and connect our tech stack — all using low-code automation platforms like n8n and Airflow, combined with the latest AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, vector databases, web scraping agents, and more.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced environment where curiosity, creativity, and speed are key. The automations and systems you build will have a real and measurable impact on the company’s success — especially around user acquisition, growth infrastructure, and internal tooling.

You will:

• Build powerful, scalable automations using n8n, Airflow, and cloud infrastructure
• Bring AI into the core of the business — integrating the latest LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) and frameworks like LangChain
• Write smart, flexible code in TypeScript or Python
• Automate everything from user acquisition to marketing ops — and move the needle at scale
• Stay ahead of the curve — experiment with new models, agents, vector search, embeddings, and more
• Make it all robust: logs, retries, error handling, monitoring — baked in
• Work across teams to spot what’s broken, automate it, and move on to the next
  
  

• You’re a builder — fluent in TS, fast with Python, and comfortable wiring things together quickly
• You’ve built real systems with n8n, Make, Zapier, Node-RED, or similar platforms
• You’re excited by AI and automation — and you’ve already played with GPTs, prompt engineering, LangChain, or custom LLM chains
• You know your way around APIs, SaaS integrations, and cloud services
• You’re comfortable working with SQL and BigQuery, and love turning messy data into usable, automated insights
• You’re familiar with the world of user acquisition, attribution, and growth experimentation
• You think like a product person — not just writing code, but thinking about how it delivers impact
• You love speed, simplicity, and measurable results
