Machon Noam LTD, a leading E-learning and AI-driven company with global operations, is seeking a hands-on Product Owner to drive the ongoing evolution of our marketing and transactional websites, including JobTestPrep and TestPrep-Online.

This is a pivotal role focused on execution, prioritization, and issue responsiveness across our e-commerce and content-rich platforms.

We are looking for someone who thrives on getting things done, manages complex digital products with confidence, and knows how to focus on what truly matters; resolving critical issues, streamlining execution, and supporting conversion-driven user experiences.

What You'll Do:

• Execute the roadmap and delivery for our marketing and e-commerce sites, collaborating with design, content, SEO, and development teams.
• Translate marketing and product goals into clear, prioritized, and executable tasks/PRDs.
• Be the go-to person for production issues; identify root causes, prioritize effectively, and ensure timely recovery.
• Act as a hands-on executor: write detailed tickets, prioritize dev tasks, track deadlines, and ensure live delivery aligns with business needs.
• Interface with marketing, analytics, design, and development to manage cross-functional requirements.
• Make quick, informed decisions that maintain site health, performance, and lead generation.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager for websites with e-commerce or content focus.
• Proven ability to handle live-site issues, resolve bugs quickly, and support operational continuity.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills - can juggle priorities while staying focused on high-impact deliverables.
• Hands-on mindset with experience in Jira, CMS tools, and working closely with developers and QA.
• Self-learn approach and ability to understand complex systems including processes, products integrations, Interfaces, and technical architecture.
• Experience with conversion rate optimization, SEO, and UX flows is a plus.
• Bonus: Familiarity with EdTech, AI tools, or HRTech is a strong advantage.
• Fluent-level in English, written and spoken.
