Head of Product, Bangkok (Travel-Tech) [Relocation to Bangkok]

Our client, an innovative SaaS cloud-based travel-tech company headquartered in Thailand, is seeking a Head of Product to join their team in Bangkok.
The Role:
· Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies in line with company vision and market trends.
· Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire product portfolio, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives.
· Product Development: Lead the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including roadmap planning and execution.
· Team Management: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure cohesive product development and go-to-market strategies.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate product vision and progress to internal and external stakeholders, including executives and partners.
· Performance Monitoring: Define, track, and analyze key product metrics to inform decision- making and measure success.
MUST:
1. Experience: Minimum of 8 years in product management
2. Experience: Minimum 4 years in a leadership role managing multiple products or a portfolio in a global company
3. B2C Expertise: Proven experience managing and launching successful B2C products.
4. Analytical Skills: Proficient in data analysis, with experience working with SQL and running A/B experiments.
5. Fluency in English
6. Either located in Bangkok or willing to relocate to Bangkok
Requirements:
· Agile Proficiency: Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies.
· Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
· Strategic Thinking: Strong capability to think strategically and translate strategies into actionable plans.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
· Customer-Centric Approach: Demonstrated commitment to understanding and fulfilling customer needs.
Nice to Have:
· Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of your industry or sector, including current trends and technologies.
· Start-Up Experience: Experience scaling product teams in start-up or high-growth environments.
· Technical Understanding: Familiarity with software development processes and tools related to APIs, CI/CD, and scalability.
· Language skills: Russian fluency
